The Intuitive Potter:

A one-day workshop open to all types of clay artists, potters, and ceramists, from beginners to professionals.

What inspiration do you draw on for your work in clay? Which of the pieces you make are closest to your heart? Do you think all pots are self-portraits?

During the workshop I'll present some techniques for wheel-throwing and hand-building in stoneware, but will also emphasize a discussion of the ways we all can deepen our work in clay, making it more personal and more powerful. Bring a favorite piece of pottery to the workshop for discussion.
