Our studio has two separate work spaces - the A3 studio adjacent to Iconik Coffee, & the ‘old’ studio across the street, called HQ. It’s near the gallery parking lot.

If you’ve signed up for independent work, click on the A3 calendar.

If you’re in a weekly class, click on the HQ calendar.

If you’re not seeing a time slot listed that you’re hoping to sign up for, that means either a maximum of people have already signed up, or, a class is scheduled then.

Thank you! Consider registering for an account in the calendar app by clicking Register for an account while viewing your appointment confirmation after booking a session. This will allow you to easily modify & cancel your appointments in the studio.

Note: the Acuity scheduler app is no longer issuing refunds in cases when you cancel your appointment. Your better option is to reschedule, not cancel, when you need to change times.
