Intermediate Wheel: Saturday morning

$445.00

Our Saturday morning intermediate class continues in the July-August session.

We’ll continue our exploration of technique, form, & even, sometimes, ceramic history (bring your phone to google the various potters whose names come up as we work & discuss).

Throwing big platters, stacking cylinders to achieve tall forms, making sets, studying a successful or well-loved piece of pottery (probably found at a Santa Fe thrift store) and, most important, identifying the projects you find most compelling & having lots of time to work on them.

Demonstration, discussion, worktime. We’ll use the studio cone 10 clay & fire in gas reduction. Your class registration includes access to our worktime calendar to plan your independent sessions throughout the week & weekend (the calendar does charge $15 per three-hour session).

Note: by placing your order for this class, you're consenting to our Participation Guidelines & Liability Release form. Please take a moment to review this form before signing up. Thank you!

Teacher: Theo

Time: Saturdays 10am - 12pm July 5 - August 30 (no class July 26)

Cost: $445 includes materials & firing
