We’ll continue our exploration of technique, form, & sometimes ceramic history. Throwing big platters, stacking cylinders to achieve tall forms, making sets, studying a successful or well-loved piece of pottery and, most important, identifying the projects you want to do & having lots of time to work on them.
Demonstration, discussion, worktime. We always welcome ‘new’ potters to this ongoing group - if you haven’t taken a class at Green River before & have a little experience in the clay studio this is a great class to consider.
We’ll use the studio cone 10 clay & fire in gas reduction. Your class registration includes access to our worktime calendar to plan your independent sessions throughout the week & weekend (the calendar does charge $15 per three-hour session).
